Their customer service is beyond exceptional.i have never had any complaints here. If you are looking for a bed stop here to look they make the beds in store, and are willing to help in any way possible. The even had a showroom model that was 2700 marked down to 1000, because they had a new model.

We only get our mattresses from Verlo! I sleep in the SAME spot every night, year after year. After 4 years I had an indent where I slept. They guys came and got my mattress, added stuffing and a brought it back, all free of charge. We have purchased 5 mattresses from Verlo and they have all outlived and outpreformed other mattresses and their own warranties. It all started with a twin bed and my daughter saying coming home from college knew weekend and saying, “I love my bed. It’s the best mattress ever!” She was right!

Personal service and a quality product. Can’t wait to enjoy the new mattress. However, things did not turn out quite as expected. The initial response was a little different from reality. They did make good but the cautionary tale of buyer beware does apply.
