The support is excellent, I don’t wake up when my husband comes to bed, it’s wonderful. I was leery about spending so much money (I got the V9), but after staying at a hotel while out of town for a few days, I realized how worth it my new bed was.

I would like to be able to control the temperature to be cool. Every ‘how to sleep better’ website talks about the need to be cool in order to sleep well. I’m glad I invested in something where I spend one third of my life!

Changing the sheets is a pain in the butt and there have been instances of the beds sliding apart {wink, wink} No easy fix that solves for both scenarios. So happy with our third Verlo purchase. Can’t imagine going anywhere else!

Sleeping better on my side and back. At times I miss the firmness of old mattress and being able to sit at edge of bed without sinking in or feeling like the mattress collapses somewhat

I love our new mattress. It’s so luxurious and perfect. The downside is, I can’t sleep at all now when I’m traveling, haha. It is huge. It’s bulky, it’s hard to move, especially considering that you’re supposed to rotate these things every few months.

I purchase this bed about a year ago. The V -8 was supposed to be in the top-of-the-line. It was taken back to the store for an adjustment. I was told to give it time and I would get used to the bed. Here it is less than a year later and the bed is not comfortable. I paid over $3000 for this purchase. I had the mattress adjusted one time and that was enough for me. I have now requested a pillow top mattress which may be comfortable on this adjustable bed. I had purchase a pillow top mattress, box spring and bed frame from them some years ago. I like to think that customer satisfaction is important to Verlo. So far, that has not happened in my case. My Grand children said they should video the bed and put it on social media. I can’t see it coming to that. Hopefully Verlo will exchange this very, very, uncomfortable mattress. As for the adjustable frame it is okay but the massage not now, or ever worked properly. It is loud and the intensity is at the head of the bed. I am surprised that no one has responded to my concerns because I have been a Verlo customer in the past and I had no problems what so ever. That is why I made this purchase. I don’t know what happen with this Company but they were a Great mattress company year’s ago. I contact this company two times via voice mail with no response. With that being said if a company cannot take their own product back or at least exchange it, is smarter to go elsewhere.

I PURCHASED A KING FIRM DOUBLE SIDED VERLO MATTRESS 13 YEARS AGO FROM THE SKOKIE LOCATION . THIS MATTRESS IS STILL GOING STRONG. SUPERIOR EDGE SUPPORT AND SUPERIOR BACK SUPPORT. I HAVE SCOLIOSIS AND TWO CRACKED LUMBER DISKS. THE EXTRA FIRM MATTRESS GIVE ME THE RIGHT SUPPORT AND EXCELLENT CUSHIONING TO KEEP MY BACK PERFECTLY ALINED SO I DO NOT WAKE UP WITH A BACK ACHE .
EVERY ONE WHO HAS SLEPT ON MATTRESS GIVES THE SAME REVIEW. WHEN I TRAVEL I ALWAY RUST TO COME BACK TO MY OWN BED FOR THAT PERFECT SLEEP.
I FLIP MY MATRESS ONCE A YEAR TO GET THAT FRESH NEW FEEL.

I shopped around and look at different mattresses. And Adam the salesman at Verlo convinced me this was the best choice and after 3 visits to the store trying the plush king pillow top V9 out we decided to purchase it. Excided to get the new bed they delivered in a week. Great, however one delivery driver was nice a polite the other was rude and disrespectful as could be. I could not believe it. They did not wrap our old mattress up in plastic like we were told. And they broke our ceiling fan tipping the new one.
Adam our salesman hasn’t contacted me at all. It’s been 2 weeks. Robert contact me and said he will order parts to fan to fix. No one has come out to my house. When I asked about the difference in the mattress they said you have to give it 30 days to break in… Really 30 days of back shoulder and hip pain not getting enough sleep at night it’s rediculous. I asked about a refund or return they said there is no refund or returns just readjustments.. come on.. really 2 weeks of pain and discomfort now, and still nothing.. Worst mattress and experience ever.
