    I could not be happier with this mattress. Extremely comfortable. I’ve owned a number of mattresses over the years and I’ve made the mistake of trying to pay very little. With Verlo I did not have to pay a huge amount but the mattress performs as though I did! I highly recommend them.

    The salesperson who called me was very professional. He worked with me to get a price I could live with. Ordering was pain-free. Delivery was almost two hours early, which worked out well for me. Delivery men were very professional. The mattress set met my expectations. My old Verlo lasted 20 years and I’m hoping for another 20 on this new one. Bravo Verlo.

    I have had my Queen size, V3 firm mattress with V3 5″ Foundation since Jan. 2018. After the first month or so an “adjustment” was made. My complaint …I seemed to be “sinking” down into a hole.. .. no firmness or support. I still do not understand the difference between “support and firmness”.

    The adjustment made did not seem to solve the problem. I still was having a great deal of trouble turning over or changing position due to being stuck in the “rut”. I was advised to try another adjustment but hesitated lest I would just be throwing good money after bad. Also I would be at the cottage for most of the summer anyhow.

    Returning home the situation with the V3 remains unchanged. I begin the night in my bed until along about 2:30 – 3:00 AM when I seem to need to shift position where upon I go to my Lazy Boy and catch my final forty winks there where I am comfy and cozy.
